Darrow School 10×10 Workshops

Ted Lightburn, Science Department Chair, Hands-to-Work Director – Students from The Darrow School will demonstrate air pressure concepts through a hands-on demonstration where children will make a Cartesian Diver that they can take home with them. These Darrow Juniors in high school have recently completed a unit on gas pressure. They will be able to explain how pressure and volume are related in an experiment that they can re-create almost anywhere with easily found materials. Suitable for all ages.
