ATTENTION: Berkshire Art Association, Storefront Artist Project Call for Art for 10X10 Festival

In collaboration with the Berkshire Museum, Berkshire Art Association and Storefront Artist Project present 10×10 RAP (Real Art Party), a fundraiser benefitting Berkshire County art students. The BAA is seeking 10×10 inch original art to be donated for the 10×10 RAP. This art party, free to attend, takes place during the City of Pittsfield’s 10×10 Upstreet Arts Festival in February. Artists get a free ticket to PechaKucha and will be listed on the Artist Registry at www.berkshireartassociation.org.

As in past Storefront Artist Project events, a $25 ticket purchase guarantees a piece of original art, drawn at random, to take home. These tickets, called ARTIX will be sold beginning February 14 at the Berkshire Museum and the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts.Only cash or checks made out to BAA are accepted.

All artwork must measure 10 inches by 10 inches prepared for hanging or display. Artwork may be in any medium and should reflect the quality of your usual work. Artists may submit up to three pieces.

Attach an Art ID (bottom of this page) to the back of each piece you donate.

To register, please submit your name, email, (and website, if any) plus title and medium for each piece to berkshireart@gmail.com

Artists (and websites) will be added to the Artists Registry on the BAA website. We’d also appreciate a low-res jpeg to use for promotion. Email to berkshireart@gmail.com with “10×10 RAP” as subject.
